Role summary
We're hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist
to own and scale our paid social presence (Meta — Facebook & Instagram) and broader digital initiatives targeting the U.S. market. You'll design high-performance campaigns, craft conversion-focused creative, and turn analytics into clear growth actions — working closely with our medical, creative, and operations teams.

What you'll do (day-to-day)
- Develop, launch and manage end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across acquisition, retargeting, and retention funnels.
- Build campaign strategies (audience segmentation, bidding, budget allocation, creative plans) that drive CAC/CPA goals for both ED and weight-loss verticals.
- Design and iterate ad creative and copy — coordinate with designers or create assets yourself for testing (static, carousel, short video).
- Implement and maintain tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API), event mapping, and attribution to accurately measure conversions and LTV.
- Analyze campaign performance and web analytics (GA4) to generate actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports.
- Run A/B tests (creative, copy, landing pages, audiences) and scale winning variants.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion flows in collaboration with product/design to increase conversion rates.
- Ensure all ad content complies with platform policies and industry regulations — coordinate legal/medical review where required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, clinical, and customer success teams to align messaging and patient experience.
- Stay current with Meta platform updates, ad formats, and best practices specific to healthcare/pharma advertising.
What we're looking for (requirements)
Must-have
- Proven experience running Meta ads end-to-end with measurable results (preferably 2+ years managing Meta campaigns).
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable with analytics: experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager reporting, and spreadsheet analysis to turn data into decisions.
- Hands-on with tracking setup — Pixel, Conversions API, UTM strategy and event mapping.
- Excellent copywriting instincts for short, high-impact ad copy and CTAs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with remote/stakeholder teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore, full-time.
Preferred
- Prior experience in the U.S. market and/or healthcare, telehealth, or pharmaceutical verticals (experience with ED or weight-loss campaigns a plus).
- Familiarity with ad policy constraints for health/pharma and experience navigating approvals/compliance.
- Experience with creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma) and basic video editing for short social clips.
- Experience with additional channels (Google Ads, TikTok) and CRM/email platforms for retention campaigns.
- Comfort analyzing cohort/LTV metrics and building dashboards (Looker/Google Data Studio or similar).

- Cost per acquisition (CPA) / Cost per lead (CPL)
- Return on ad spend (ROAS) for paid campaigns
- Conversion rate from ad → scheduling/checkout
- CAC and initial cohort LTV trends
- Ad creative test win-rate and scale velocity
