Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Timing: 1:00 PM to 6 PM (Mon - Fri)

Salary: 12k to 25K Plus 5% bonus for each approved sale

Experience: 6 months Minimum

We are looking for a Bidding Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Bidding Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and managing projects for our company on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Fiverr. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with less than a year of experience in bidding and business development on freelancing platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential job opportunities on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Fiverr).
  • Write and submit personalized, compelling proposals to clients for various projects.
  • Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deliverables with potential clients.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and strong communication with clients.
  • Track project proposals and follow up with clients to ensure engagement.
  • Manage job applications and update bid status as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and client expectations.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve proposal strategies and client targeting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in bidding for jobs on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or other freelancing platforms.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
  • Attention to detail: Ensure all proposals and bids meet client requirements.
  • Sales mindset: Ability to identify and understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Time management skills: Ability to manage multiple proposals and tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with bidding strategies: Basic knowledge of how to research clients, understand their requirements, and craft winning bids.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace: Comfortable with creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
