We are seeking a
Compliance Officer
to ensure that Digi Insurance Limited operates in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with
    SECP regulations
    and other relevant laws.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, analyze their impact, and advise management on compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal reviews.
  • Ensure all statutory filings, regulatory reports, and company documentation are prepared and submitted timely.
  • Provide compliance training and awareness sessions to employees.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
  • Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory framework in Pakistan.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High ethical standards and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a digital-first environment.
