We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our development teams, ensure project success, and maintain smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple software projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
  • Manage project risks, scope, and changes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a software house or IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
