Job Opening: Head Of Compliance (NBFC)

Location: Karachi

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with SECP, SBP & other regulators

  • Keep management updated on regulatory changes

  • Develop & update company policies

  • Submit reports to regulators after approvals

  • Conduct staff training on AML/CFT

  • Coordinate internal audits

  • Identify & mitigate compliance risks

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Law, Finance, or Business (Master's or certifications like ACCA, CFA, ICAP preferred)

5+ years in compliance (NBFC/Banking/Finance)

Strong knowledge of SECP/SBP regulations, AML/KYC

Proficient in MS Office, Teams, OneDrive

Compliance/Risk certifications (e.g., CRCM) are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
