About the Role:

CuranetMD is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Expert
to join our Islamabad team (onsite, US timings). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
US healthcare, RCM services, or medical billing sales
, with a proven ability to convert leads into lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through
    warm and cold calling
    (US-based practices)
  • Conduct
    sales demos, presentations, and proposal discussions
  • Develop and manage a
    sales pipeline
    with a focus on consistent follow-up and conversion
  • Close new contracts
    and ensure smooth handover to the operations team
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and retention strategies
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business objectives and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    medical billing / RCM / US healthcare sales
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
  • Ability to understand client needs and pitch appropriate solutions
  • Comfortable working
    onsite in Islamabad (US shift)
