Job Description:

Axis Pro Tech is seeking a highly motivated and confident Customer Success (Leads Converter) to join our growing team in Johar Town, Lahore. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in communication, love converting leads into long-term customers, and are looking to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential leads via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Convert inbound/outbound leads into successful sales opportunities
  • Maintain strong follow-up routines with clients to ensure high conversion rates
  • Develop deep product knowledge to confidently handle customer queries and objections
  • Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in CRM
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly conversion targets

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM tools, and basic MS Office applications
  • Must be located in or willing to commute to Johar Town, Lahore
