Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Lahore. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and facilitating customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, analyzing data to improve customer experiences, and working closely with various departments to implement customer-centric strategies.

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
  • Excellent Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
  • Proficient Analytical Skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in customer success or account management roles is a plus
