Development Manager to drive growth, generate leads, and build high-value partnerships. This
role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, is proactive, and knows how to turn
conversations into contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and grow the client pipeline
● Identify new business opportunities across local and international markets
● Build strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
● Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth strategies
● Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents
● Track and report key performance metrics and conversion data
● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts
Requirements:
● 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or B2B growth
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
● Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms
● Strong understanding of digital products, tech, or SaaS
● Self-driven, highly organized, and able to thrive in a remote environment
Preferred (Bonus Skills):
● Experience working with AI, SaaS, or digital service agencies
● Existing network in GCC, US, or European markets
● Ability to lead and eventually build a business development team
