Full job description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Limo Car Service Dispatch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and dispatching our fleet of luxury vehicles to provide excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch Coordination:

Efficiently manage the scheduling and dispatching of limo car services.

Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.

Monitoring:

Monitor and track the status of all assigned vehicles.

Address any unforeseen issues or delays to ensure smooth operations.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.

Generate reports as needed for management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a dispatch or coordination role, preferably in the transportation industry.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.

Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns.

Excellent customer service skills.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, night and weekends.
