Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can confidently generate high-quality leads from the UK and USA markets in the Accounting Industry. The candidate should have proven experience in utilising multiple platforms and strategies to attract relevant prospects for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and generate leads from UK & USA markets.
  • Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other online channels for lead acquisition.
  • Develop and execute strategies for both organic and paid lead generation.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they match the target customer profile.
  • Work closely with the sales team to transfer and track leads until conversion.
  • Maintain proper reporting of campaigns, leads, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C lead generation for international markets (preferably UK & USA).
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed lead targets.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Salary: Fixed monthly basic (to ensure stability).
  • Performance Incentive: If monthly lead targets are achieved, candidate receives full salary (base + incentive). If not, only the basic will be paid.
