Job Summary
We are a Solar EPC Company, Having its office at DHA Phase 8, Commercial Broadway, Opposite Lahore Airport.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator (Female Preferably from near by areas) to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, office management, and team coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage office activities, including scheduling meetings and events.
- Oversee vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Assist with human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee training & development.
- Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, calendar management, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide front desk support, including managing multi-line phone systems and ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
- At least Graduation
- Strong communication and planning capabilities
- Team management and development.
- Excellent schedule management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Experience in administrative roles with a solid understanding of office operations.
- Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs Rs28.53 per hour
