Job Summary

We are a Solar EPC Company, Having its office at DHA Phase 8, Commercial Broadway, Opposite Lahore Airport.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator (Female Preferably from near by areas) to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, office management, and team coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment.

Duties

  • Coordinate and manage office activities, including scheduling meetings and events.
  • Oversee vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee training & development.
  • Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, calendar management, and maintaining organized records.
  • Provide front desk support, including managing multi-line phone systems and ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs Rs28.53 per hour
