Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through
    LinkedIn and email marketing
    for IT services and staff augmentation.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable staffing or service solutions.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met on time.
  • Track, manage, and report sales performance and pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally during virtual meetings, client calls, and networking interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years
    of experience in Business Development, preferably in
    IT services or staff augmentation
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
