Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patient satisfaction in all interactions.
- Follow up with patients to ensure inquiries are resolved satisfactorily.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.

Pay: Rs70, Rs100,000.00 per month
