This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Business Development Manager
at our headquarters located at
NASTP, Rawalpindi, Pakistan
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to position the company as a leader within the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall business development strategy, aligning it with the company's growth vision and market objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate both inbound and outbound business development activities — ensuring structured lead management, client nurturing, and partnership development through the telesales, technical, and marketing teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and manage collaborations, MOUs, and institutional partnerships to expand market presence and service portfolio.
  • Develop and create proposals, pitch decks, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and maximizing conversion and satisfaction.
  • Represent Spectrave at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen brand positioning and relationship networks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and realign strategy accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, marketing, finance, and field operations — ensuring strategic cohesion and execution excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth (preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation development.
  • Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach.
