Amadeus or Galileo reservation systems

Group ticketing and fare negotiations

Issuing, reissuing, and refunding tickets

Handling both domestic and international bookings

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ticketing/ reservations

Strong knowledge of airline rules, fare calculations, and IATA regulations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage group bookings efficiently
