Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Business Manager who can own and lead our business development function, drive growth through multiple channels, and build strong client relationships across international markets.

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end business development and sales operations for the agency.
- Identifying new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, partnerships, referrals, etc.).
- Building and nurturing client relationships with startups, agencies, and enterprises across international markets.
- Working closely with internal teams (design, development, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Developing and executing growth strategies, pricing models, and proposals aligned with company goals.
- Representing eBridge Technologies in client meetings, events, and digital platforms.
The requirements we are looking for:
- Academic background: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Management/Computer Science.
- Two to three years of experience in similar roles.
- Critical thinking.
- Autonomy in performing duties.
- Methodology and rigor.
- Proactive, versatile, and quick decision-maker with a business-first mindset.
- Fluency in English.
- Flexibility and availability.
- Team spirit.
- Strong work capacity.
