Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Executive, located in Lahore. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention. The role requires proactively addressing client needs, providing support, managing accounts, and delivering insights to enhance customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams to improve processes and solutions is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to ensure a positive and long-lasting client relationship
- Customer Support and Account Management experience to handle queries effectively and oversee client accounts
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify customer needs and improve their experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for delivering exceptional client interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in customer success or account management is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
