With a focus on reducing fuel costs and pollution, Pakzon specializes in designing key components for electric vehicle kits for two-wheelers and three-wheelers. The company's production plant is located in Lahore, covering over 100,000 square feet.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The role requires developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and facilitating a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Strong skills in Training and Development, as well as maintaining Compliance with labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
