Al- Abbas Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire candidate for its Information Technology Department. Located in SITE Area Karachi, Pakistan. This is a full-time job.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of computers and support systems as SOP and SLA.
  • Delivers setups, and configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
  • Diagnoses and resolves end-user IT related problem which includes but not limited to network, computer peripherals and accessories, PC hardware problems, e-mail and Internet configuration, and support in local-area network access problems.
  • Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution and clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly a professional manner.
  • Performs desktop hardware repair for PC computer equipment and peripherals that are not fall under warranty.
  • Helps install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, switches, server/switch racks etc.
  • Create and timely update the list of IT equipment, ranging from Servers, computer systems, network switches/routers/Wifi to computer users, IDs, IPs, and their serving locations.
