About the Role

We're looking for a
data-driven and creative CRO Specialist

to optimize our digital platforms for maximum conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user behaviour, A/B testing, analytics, and marketing funnels to turn visitors into engaged users or customers.

  • Work Mode: On-site
  • Location: Clifton, Karachi
  • Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and Execute CRO Roadmap:

Contribute to and implement a structured testing agenda across landing pages, signup flows, and conversion points.
- Campaign Support:

Provide optimization insights and experimentation support for larger marketing campaigns and launches.
- Data Analysis:

Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
- Testing & Experimentation:

Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Optimization:

Identify and fix conversion bottlenecks across landing pages, funnels, and campaigns.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with design, marketing, and development teams to implement optimization ideas and ensure alignment on goals.
- Performance Tracking:

Track and report key performance metrics related to conversion rate improvements.
- UX/UI Insights:

Use data-driven insights to guide UX/UI recommendations and content optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in
    CRO, growth marketing, or digital marketing optimization

, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven companies.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools such as
GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Power BI

.
- Solid understanding of
digital funnels, user behavior, and conversion metrics

.
- Ability to communicate test outcomes clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactive and analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Understanding of
UX best practices
