We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer with prior experience in the IT industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism in handling HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and regularly update both physical and digital employee records and personnel files
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the recruitment cycle for new hires
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and other HR documentation
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and complete documentation for all new hires
  • Maintain internal databases with up-to-date employee information
  • Collect and manage payroll data, including bank details and salary records
  • Monitor staff attendance and maintain accurate logs
  • Track and update leave records including eligibility, availed, and balance leaves
  • Oversee probation reviews and ensure formal communication of outcomes
  • Coordinate employee offboarding processes and ensure timely clearances
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events
  • Support the HR Manager in various tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the IT sector
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55, Rs75,000.00 per month
