Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle reception duties, manage administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly and efficiently. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials. Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff via phone, email, or in-person. Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, or interviews. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and couriers. Maintain records, databases, and office filing systems as required. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparation. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus). Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Customer-service oriented with problem-solving skills.
