Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily order processing from Shopify until successful fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams for inventory and timely dispatch.
  • Ensure smooth customer journey by maintaining product availability, accurate information, and efficient checkout processes.
  • Monitor order status, cancellations, and returns while ensuring proper record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopify experience is mandatory).
  • Experience in order management systems and fulfillment processes.
  • Good understanding of inventory coordination and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
