Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Help maintain employee records and update internal HR databases
  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Contribute to HR policy documentation and administrative tasks
  • Participate in day-to-day HR operations and projects


Requirements
  • Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude
