What You'll Do

  • Lead the Charge
  • Own sales strategy across B2C and B2B
  • Rally the sales team and drive targets that make an impact
  • Expand ELFA across Karachi (and beyond )
  • Build Winning Networks
  • Grow and energize our dealership family
  • Partner with financing players to make EVs affordable for all
  • Keep dealers sharp, motivated, and MoQ-compliant

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in sales/commercial leadership (2-wheeler/auto/EV preferred)
  • A proven record of not just meeting, but beating sales targets
  • Strong dealer and financier network across Karachi and Pakistan
  • Pro-level skills in data analytics, market intelligence, and Excel modelling
  • A balance of strategy + street-smart execution
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus (but we value track record more than titles)
