The HR Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, manages recruitment and employee relations, and supports strategic organizational goals through effective HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist department heads in setting KPIs and performance goals.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and organize development programs.
  • Ensure continuous skill development and career progression.
  • Policy & Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and salary structures.
  • Conduct market benchmarking for competitive compensation.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics:
  • Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, retention, engagement) for decision-making.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
