Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there. We are looking for a full-time HR Associate to work in our People & Culture Team.
The HR Associate will have hands-on HR experience and will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partner across Operations, Performance Management, and Training functions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
- Support the HRBP in the day-to-day management of HR operations and projects.
- Coordinate and assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs, organize learning sessions, and track employee development programs.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in drafting HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Support in planning and executing HR initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and retention.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements and digitalization of HR workflows.
What we are looking for:
- At least bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals (recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and performance management).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
