HR Operations Associate

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The incumbent will assist the HR Operations Manager in managing core HR functions, including employee data management, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to multiple HR domains within a dynamic cybersecurity organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and coordinate in updating employee records, preparing and processing HR documentation, such as Employment Contracts, onboarding materials, etc., and maintaining HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordination in payroll preparation and related administrative processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of payroll data.
- Support in managing attendance tracking, leave management, timesheet monitoring, employee engagement activities, new hire orientation sessions, and internal HR communications.
- Ensure HR documentation and records comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR department.
- Provide backup support to recruitment, training, and general HR initiatives as required.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional and timely manner.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and process improvements.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR best practices and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT industry.
- Working knowledge of HR software, databases, and payroll systems.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of Pakistani labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Familiarity or keen interest in the cybersecurity and technology domain.
- Exposure to HR analytics and process automation tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs120,000.00 per month
