Penta Express Pakistan is looking for a Female HR Associate to support our HR operations and help create a positive, employee-focused workplace. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about people management and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.

· Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (attendance, bonuses, leaves, etc.).

· Manage daily HR administrative tasks such as preparing employment letters, maintaining attendance records, and filing documents.

· Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

· Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.

· Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

· Support the performance management and evaluation process.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in logistics, courier, or a fast-paced corporate environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is an advantage.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
