Role Description

This is a hybrid role for an Assistant to the Founder. The Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including providing administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling communications, and performing clerical tasks. The role also involves supporting executive functions and ensuring smooth coordination. The position allows for both in-office and remote work.

Qualification:

Strong skills in Administrative and Executive Assistance

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Professional phone and email etiquette

Highly street-smart, proactive, and resourceful mindset

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Salary: Up to 30, ,000 PKR (Based on experience)
