Meta Ads Specialist
to join our remote team and take the lead on Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for our clients.

Your Role

As our Meta Ads Specialist, you'll manage paid lead generation campaigns across Meta platforms and occasionally support on LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube. You'll be responsible for driving real results—leads that convert—by owning strategy, execution, and ongoing performance optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Management:
    Launch, manage, and scale lead generation campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
  • Strategy & Planning:
    Define goals, budgets, placements, and audiences tailored to service-based clients
  • Performance Optimization:
    Monitor CPL, CTR, and ROAS; make creative, bid, and audience adjustments
  • Creative Collaboration:
    Work with our creative team to align visuals and copy with client goals
  • Audience Building:
    Use Pixels and CRM data to build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences
  • Reporting & Feedback:
    Deliver weekly insights and strategy recommendations to the team and client

What You Bring

  • 2+ years managing Meta Ads campaigns (specifically for lead generation, not eCommerce)
  • Deep experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Pixels, and tracking tools
  • Strong understanding of funnels and audience segmentation
  • Proven track record running ads for service-based or local businesses
  • Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok Ads
