About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager for our Lahore Office to drive growth and expand our market share in the technology solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling computer hardware and software solutions to enterprise clients with having 5 to 10 years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
    Prospect for new clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and identify potential opportunities.
  • Lead Sales Process:
    Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Understand Customer Needs:
    Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer pain points and propose tailored technology solutions.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
    Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
    Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Negotiate Contracts:
    Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients.
  • Maintain Strong Customer Relationships:
    Build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
