Head of Content Strategy & Creative
will lead our storytelling, content strategy, and creative direction across campaigns, events, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and oversee the brand voice, narrative, and visual identity across all projects and campaigns.

Develop and execute content strategies across digital, social, PR, and event platforms.

Lead creative ideation for campaigns, promotional assets, stage design, and multimedia experiences.

Supervise copywriting, design, video, and social media production to ensure consistent quality and impact.

Collaborate with Research & Analytics teams for data-backed content storytelling.

Ensure alignment between partners, sponsors, and communication guidelines.

Manage external creative agencies and freelancers when required.

Innovate with new formats (interactive media, AR/VR, live streaming, gamified experiences) to elevate audience engagement.

Skill Set & Qualification

  • Atleast 3 years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or storytelling (agency or media background preferred).
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing creative teams.
  • Strong portfolio of integrated campaigns, events, or large-scale brand storytelling.
  • Excellent writing, conceptual thinking, and visual communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of influencer marketing, digital media trends, and pop culture.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to optimize creative effectiveness.
