Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process for sales talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's needs.
- Assign Accounts to the sales team in coordination with the Product team.
- Develop and implement nationwide sales team training programs, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Mentor and coach sales representatives, team leads, and regional managers to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create development plans for staff.
- Collaborate with the Product team.
Measurable deliverables:
- Execute training programs that enhance sales performance and skill development.
- Provide regular performance reports on team growth, and goal alignment.
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of national sales strategies.
Requirement:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in sales management or leadership, preferably in a national/regional role.
- Experience in leading large-scale sales teams.
- Strong ability to collaborate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Results-driven with a focus on long-term growth.
- Hands-on leader, skilled in coaching and building high-performing teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
