Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources, located in the Karachi Division. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, conducting interviews, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Employee Relations skills
  • Performance Management and HR Strategy Development skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior 4-5 experience in an HR.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
