Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Autotrade Industry
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Revenue Generation, and Territory Management
- Excellent Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Strong Analytical Thinking, Market Analysis, and Decision-Making skills
- Leadership experience, with a track record in mentoring and managing sales teams
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in BPO, logistics, or automotive sectors is advantageous

Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Karachi. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, managing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth for Radar Solutions Clients. Responsibilities also include mentoring and leading the sales team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives.
