About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Officer who has experience working on freelance and online platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, proposal writing, and client communication to help the company grow its international client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company profiles on online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and similar sites
  • Identify new business opportunities and communicate with potential clients
  • Write clear and effective proposals tailored to client needs
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in online business development or IT sales
  • Strong understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident personality with negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
