Role Overview

We are seeking an aggressive and motivated Business Development Officer who thrives on closing deals. In this role, you will not wait for leads to come to you—you will go out and find them. Your primary objective is to sell our suite of ready-made software solutions to new clients.

The ideal candidate is a "hunter" with an existing professional network or strong lead-generation capabilities who can hit the ground running immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Independently identify and qualify potential clients using your own sources (LinkedIn, personal network, cold calling, email outreach, and industry forums).

Sales & Closing: Pitch Black Zero's ready-made software products to decision-makers and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.

Client Acquisition: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling demos of our software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and ROI.

Market Analysis: Identify market trends and potential sectors where our software solutions are in high demand.

Requirements

Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Officer, Sales Executive, or similar role in the IT or SaaS industry.

Self-Reliance: Ability to generate leads without relying on company-provided marketing lists. You must have your own lead-generation strategies.

Network: An established network of business contacts or the ability to rapidly build one is highly preferred.

Technical Savvy: Ability to understand software features quickly and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (English & Urdu).
