Key Responsibilities:

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to spearhead our brokerage sales

operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with in-depth knowledge of the

energy market, guiding a high-performing team to exceed targets while maintaining exceptional

client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

o Responsible to achieve team target

o Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in both new and existing

business.

o Identify opportunities in SME and corporate energy procurement markets.

o Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring strategies are adapted to meet targets.

Leadership & Team Management

o Responsible to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of energy sales consultants to

achieve individual and group sales targets, which is the most important element.

o Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill development

training.

o Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative sales culture.

Client Relationship Management

o Oversee client acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring exceptional service

standards.

o Support the team in complex negotiations to secure the best rates for clients.

o Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to generate new business

opportunities.

Market Knowledge & Compliance

o Keep up to date with market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes in

the UK energy sector.

o Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a sales leadership role within an energy brokerage or similar B2B sales

environment.

Strong understanding of the UK energy market, including electricity, gas, and renewable

procurement.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to inspire and lead a team to high performance.

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personal Attributes:

Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative lead generation strategies.

High level of organization and attention to detail.

Holidays:

-All UK public holidays (currently standing at 8 days in UK).

-Whilst we make every effort to keep your work-life balance, some flexibility to these hours may be required during busiest periods.

Other Details:

Experience: 5+ years

Timing: Monday to Friday (1 pm - 9 pm, Evening Shift)

Working Mode: Onsite - Full Time

Salary: Depends on experience

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
