We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse & Finance Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records both in the system and physically in the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of goods.

2. Order Processing & Packaging

  • Manage order picking, packing, and dispatch when required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales orders.
  • Maintain and update delivery documentation.

3. System & Documentation (SAP)

  • Enter sales orders and delivery details in SAP.
  • Generate, review, and file invoices.
  • Monitor and verify expense records for accuracy.

4. Banking & Reconciliations

  • Perform bank visits for deposits, withdrawals, and other official tasks.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

5. General Support

  • Provide assistance in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or accounts management.
  • Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full Time / On-site

Job Timing: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) , Saturday alternate (9am-6pm)
