We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, along with a passion for solving complex problems through AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models, algorithms, and solutions to address business requirements.
- Work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, and create training pipelines for ML/DL models.
- Implement and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and product managers, to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI models using industry best practices.
- Research and stay updated on the latest AI trends, frameworks, and technologies.
- Document technical designs, processes, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python (and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for ML).
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Understanding of reinforcement learning or generative AI.
