Job Title: Junior Recruiter (On-site)

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from identifying and engaging potential candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. While prior experience in technical hiring is an advantage, we also welcome applicants who are eager to begin and grow their career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and engage potential candidates for both technical and specialized positions using various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Screen and review incoming applications to shortlist candidates in line with job criteria and qualifications.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and internal teams.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the preparation of offer letters and ensure that all required hiring documentation is completed accurately.
  • Keep recruitment data and applicant information up to date in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical).
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of sourcing techniques, current hiring practices, and recruitment trends.
  • Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidate skill sets effectively.
