About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will support the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience while helping to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
  • Source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate information.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build talent pipelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and technical skill demands.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in technical recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of IT/technical skills, software development, and engineering roles (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Passion for recruitment and eagerness to grow in technical hiring.
