About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Junior Recruiter to join our HR department. The selected candidate will be involved in the complete recruitment process — from sourcing potential talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Prior experience in technical hiring is a plus, but we also encourage applications from individuals who are passionate about starting and developing their career in recruitment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and engage candidates for both technical and specialized roles using various channels such as job portals, networking sites, and social media.
  • Review applications and shortlist profiles based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular and professional communication with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing offer letters and ensure completion of hiring documentation.
  • Keep applicant records and recruitment metrics accurately updated in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (technical or general).
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing methods, hiring trends, and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidate skills effectively.
