Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead key product initiatives at LAAM Technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands user needs deeply, and can work across teams to build products that solve real problems at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch to iteration—for core areas of the LAAM platform.

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, growth, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-impact features.

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with company OKRs.

  • Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and stakeholder inputs.

  • Use a data-driven approach to identify opportunities, evaluate success, and guide prioritization.

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and communications around releases.

  • Mentor junior PMs and help build a strong product culture.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of product management experience, preferably in a tech-first startup or marketplace/e-commerce environment.

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products end-to-end.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with user research, data tools (Mixpanel, GA, SQL, etc.), and A/B testing is a plus.
