Role Overview:
We are hiring skilled and friendly Baristas who will be the face of Brewton. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve coffee and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help create a warm, welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and beverage recipes.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Manage POS transactions and handle cash/card payments accurately.
- Keep the café area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Ensure health, hygiene, and safety standards are always maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide the best customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous barista or café experience preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Brewtsa's coffee standards.
