About the Role:
Ignite & Infinite is hiring a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing team in Karachi. This role is focused on promoting medical billing and staffing services to U.S.-based home healthcare providers.
You'll be engaging with cold leads, understanding their business needs, presenting tailored solutions, and helping convert them into long-term clients. If you excel at B2B sales, have strong communication skills, and are driven by performance, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to U.S. healthcare companies via calls and emails
- Present and promote billing and staffing services
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and support client onboarding
- Keep CRM updated with all sales activities and progress
- Stay informed on U.S. healthcare trends and client challenges
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of international B2B sales experience (healthcare/outsourcing preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proven cold-calling and lead-conversion ability
- Knowledge of healthcare billing or staffing is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools
- Strong follow-up skills and a goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with U.S. hours)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
