B2B Ticketing Executive
to join our growing team at
Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi
.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle B2B ticketing operations using GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
  • Issue, re-issue, and cancel airline tickets as per client requirements
  • Provide fare quotations and ensure competitive pricing for partners
  • Manage booking changes, refunds, and travel-related queries
  • Maintain professional communication with B2B clients and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline policies and company standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Bachelors

Proficiency in GDS Systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Shift: Rotational
