About the role:
As an AM Channel Growth for the circle, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Segments strategy and Portfolio for the circle, which will enable the regional sales & distribution teams to improve business health.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Responsible for consumer offer portfolio, base analysis, and net adds/churn management.
- Planning and coordinating products and interdepartmental product management. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Working in a team towards driving channel execution in line with the organizational goals and regular business review with regional teams.
- Develop plans to maximize efficiency in the circle and grow business volume.
- Execution of Pricing and Promotion strategy for the complete Product portfolio.
- Analysis on subscriber base including but not limited to post-campaign analyses, overlap with Voice Base, usage behavior, including changes over time.
Your Key Responsibilities
- In depth analysis of consumer base, consumer offers, new FCA quality, net addition, churn management and overall revenue planning and forecasting.
- Foreseeing the challenges and its impacts on business and suggesting ways to overcome these challenges.
- Belt/cluster level product strategies and key initiatives.
- POC for external stakeholders - Circle Interface for planning, segment & marketing functions.
- Building and keeping track of Segments Roadmap and Go-to-Market plans
- Coordinating with segments, regions, technology and marketing for 3G/4G roll-out and sites deployment.

What we're looking for:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree
Work experience: 4 - 5 year experience related to Segments and Product, preferably in the Telecommunication industry.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Able to work well in a pressure situation, self-motivated and flexible
- Proven experience as functional architect, project manager or sub-project manager roles
- Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time.
- Team and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled at Power BI, Advanced Microsoft & other reporting tools.
